Communication tools

To secure maximum visibility for Pharmintech exhibitors, in addition to our traditional promotional activity we are employing several different communication tools.

Included in the participation fee:

Publication in the official exhibition web and paper catalogue.
Publication of personal data and activity description for each exhibitor in the official catalogue available free of charge for all visitors during the exhibition. A free copy is given to all exhibitors. Exhibiting companies are also published on the Pharmintech website.

Invitation for visitors
Each exhibitor will receive a number of invitations to send out to their contacts, according to the size of their exhibiting area.

Stickers and logos
Exhibitors will receive stickers with logo, date and location of the exhibition to apply to their mailings during the months preceding the exhibition. Exhibitors can download Pharmintech logos from the Exhibitors’ area on the exhibition’s website to add to their corporate communication material.

Technological preview
A collection of information and news on products and services on display at Pharmintech will be mailed to over 200 trade publications and published in the “Technological preview” area of the exhibitions’ website. All exhibitors will be asked to contribute a press release.

Press box
During the exhibition there will be press boxes available in the Press Room for exhibitors to display their promotional material. The Press Room is where all registered journalists collect press releases by organizers and exhibitors, press packs and catalogues.

Pharmintech website
Exhibitors can increase their company’s visibility by placing their logo and/or banner (static or flash) on the exhibition’s website
